* Fellow or Resident – to register, you first must email to delegate@aaamed.org and include certified proof of current Fellowship or Residency with your registration. Upon approval, you will receive a promotion code. Approval is strictly at the organizer's discretion.
Letter of Invitation
Should you require an invitation letter for VISA purposes to allow you to travel to the USA to attend the 22nd AAAM Congress, Pre-Congress Training Workshops, or Pre-Congress Courses, you must first register as a delegate. Letters of invitation will be provided for paid delegates and accompanying persons only.
If your VISA is not provided, AAAM will refund your money, less a 5% administration fee. Kindly email to delegate@aaamed.org with the subject header: Letter of Invitation Request.
Kindly provide us and include the following information in the e-mail:
*You must include a copy of your medical license if applicable in your country, or medical diploma as an attachment in the request email.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations for Pre-Congress Courses, Pre-Congress Workshops, 22nd Congress, and Course/Workshop/Congress packages must be sent in writing by email to info@aaamed.org. All cancellations will be processed after written request and provided 10 business days after the conclusion of the Congress.
22nd Congress, Pre-Congress Workshops and Combination Packages
Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after October 23, 2026.
*Until 45 days before the Event: 20% processing fees on the total registration
*Between 45 to 21 days before the Event: 50% cancellation fees on the amount paid.
*From 21 days (October 23) before the Event date or no show: No refund will be provided.
Pre-Congress Board Certification Courses
For cancellations prior to October 23, 2026 there is a $250 charge. No refunds are provided after October 23, 2026.
Note that refunds or credits for cancellation of the pre-congress events and/or the 22nd Congress are not provided, and fees are forfeited.
General Information
Congress Language
The 22nd Congress will be in English. Translation services will not be available.
Certificates
Pre-Congress workshops and certification courses: certificates will be handed out on the final day of the workshop or board certification course if the delegate registered by November 1, 2026. If the delegate registered after November 1, course certificate will be mailed via postal mail within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the course or workshop. AAAM does not provide soft copies of (email) certificates.
Congress
All delegates will be able to print their 22nd Congress attendance certificate and CME certificate after successful completion of the feedback form. You will receive a link for the online feedback form via email on November 15, 2026. It is best to complete the feedback form and claim both certificates as soon as possible.
