Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after October 14, 2025. If you cancel prior to October 14, 2025, a $250 administration charge is deducted from your paid course registration. No fee will be deducted if credit is transferred to another AAAM event before October 14, 2025; credit must be used within six months. Full registration fees are forfeited after the cancellation deadline. No-shows are considered cancellations and any refund or credit is forfeited. All refunds must be requested in writing to info@aaamed.org.
